RMA Policy

• All collect shipments will be refused
• An administrative fee of $15.00 will be charged to locate a copy of original invoice per RMA product
• Tests will only be performed on items as described in this form
• Service charge of $30.00 will be imposed on each RMA item should the RMA product was found to be a non-defective unit
• Warranty will be void if product is found to be damaged by accident, misuse, misapplication or as a result of service rendered other than by authorized personnel of AB Microtech
• One-year parts and labour limited warranty for components unless otherwise specified
• No return for credit or refund for any products purchased over 6 days
